I don't have experience with either. I do run J&M's Street Rear upper and lowers, they're amazing. Going from stock lowers to the J&M'S made a huge difference. Rear felt more solid and predictable. Than I added the J&M uppers to match, and that made the rear feel even more solid, yet smooth and nice over bumps. Extremely happy with the setup, taking turns faster than I would when the suspension was stock. I'd recommend them, they take abuse, and even on a daily driver like mine they're great. I also changed the rear upper axle bushings too, new ford racing ones to tie everything together.
