hes saying if BBK and Bassani use the same part numbers for a 1996 mid pipe as they do a 2004 mach 1 mid pipe, chances are a ford mach 1 pipe will fit...

i doubt bassani part nubmerw will match though... they have ALOT of specifics... i looked into them for my cobra headers...

Magnaflow list's their X-pipe as "GT, Mach 1"

so with that said, it "should" be safe to assume that they fit either
