do manifold spacers do much? or should i not even bother

They are supposed to keep heat from the engine being transmitted directly to the plenum, which should in theory keep the air going in, colder. Personally i think most people use one to clear aftermarket valve covers.

the only reason i have a manifold spacer is to clear my tall valve covers
