I'm considering changing shifter handles again, but unless I find someone who has one for me to look at before i buy, I'm pissing into the wind. So why don't you guys take pics of your shifters, so that others can better determine which would suit their needs? Shots from the side, in different positions [giggidy] preferrebly with a description. I'll kick this off and we'll see where it goes!!

I have a Tremec 3550 with a Pro 5.0 base and a Steeda handle. Yes, thats a newer console, and yes my interior is three colors.

the problem with this thread is that you have a 3550.... they dont..

I just picked one up for my cobra, what did it take for you to install it. Any advise for when I go to put mine in?

also, do other shifters shafts (yes, i said shaft) bolt to the 3550 bases (i have a pro 5.0 on mine)

heh heh heh you said shaft heh heh heh

yes, the shaft will fit a 3550 base as well as a t5 base. only the mounting holes [base/trans] are different.
