Mazdaspeed 6 run.

So apparently these things are pretty quick. AWD turbo. I looked them up at 275hp/280tq.

On my way to a Hockey game on Saturday and some unprovoked douche in a mazda speeds right up on my a$$ as I hit the on ramp off the perimeter. So I slow down abit and he's almost hitting me, so I slow down more and he isn't getting the hint so I look to see if there are any on coming cars and nothing so I throw it into 2nd and rip out of the on ramp slamming gears and this guy is trying to pass me.. I just thought good luck.. But I didn't lose him in the rearview as fast as I thought I would but still pulled away. Then he does a flyby when I shut it down in the name of "not speeding eratically".

So he slows down and puts his thumb up and asks me whats done to mine because he said he eats Mustangs from a dig all the time saying how much he loves the sound of his stock turbo blah blah, the guy was an idiot and probably 10+ years older then me. So then he wants to go from a dig... By this time we are closer into the city so I say nah, plus I would just spin on these sh!tty 275 nittos. (tool) Then he was just fooling around trying to line up with me at lights.. I was just ignoring him.

Funny thing though. You can run stock for stock and i will pull

It goes to show you have to build a motor and apply a decent amount of mods to run with a motor half the size.

If he is truly running 300 Flywheel on the stang it would be a very close race at the 1/4. I honestly would love to run my stock Speed6 (besides a CAI) against a "modded stang " at the track. Oh and unlike the Majority of cars yes the CAI is dynoproven 16awhp on the speed6.

My younger brother has a GTP, and even last year with my slightly modded npi he couldn't touch me. My npi was surprisingly strong. My buddy said it was very noticeably faster then his 95 and I ate his C4 vette up to.

One thing that comes to mind when I say that though is his vette was a older C4 because I think my mustang (N/A) would have a hard time against my LT1 vette.
