Missing bolt on convertible X-member

Hi all,

I had the fender liner out of my Mustang this weekend as I was replacing the rotted line from the canister purge solenoid to the vapor canister.

When it was off, I noticed that there was a bolt missing from where the X-member mounts to the frame.

I assume there should be a bolt here, right?
