anybody running this on there 5.0?
& why is www.dirtydirtyracing.comhttp://http://http://http://http:// charging $450
When www.moates.nethttp://http://http://http://http:// is charging $250
If its just because www.dirtydirtyracing.comhttp://http://http://http://http:// is including Clint Garrity's Binary Editor, Moates has it for $80. wtf :bs:

THATS DIRTY LOL

Because I offer support and tune files for the product which very few people offer , hence the extra cost , if you want to buy it yourself and get it yourself and get it up and running on your own / Tune files are $100 , my kit is $140 over cost so thats an extra $40 to cover my extra shipping cost for shipping it to me and then shipping it out to customers and help with software support as well if someone does not have a clue of how to download BE and get it up and going on their own ..... I make no markup on the products or software themselves , you are simply paying for my help

I've got the Moates and do the tuning myself, I absolutly love it, sooooo much better than my buddy's tweecer, that being said...if you're not willing to put hours towards studying the workings of the processor, I would not advise jumping into it without support from someone who knows what they're doing. you can spend hours changing stuff, and its very easy to get information overload.

It can be damn difficult [if not impossible for some] to get it up and running without a tune loaded.
Dont forget the QH comes "empty", no tune, nothing, so unless your very experienced with it, a good tune could save you from hours, maybe days, of wasted effort.

Good feed back 2002BLGT . I had called you (dirtydirtyracing.com) yesterday During my break.
no awnser but I saw you called back & left me a text.
I just had a couple questions maybe you can break it down through the forum.
Just wanted to know in your opinions the advantages of the quaterhorse kit and the COOL S*%T you could do through it.
also how would you compare it VS a series 4 PMS

Also im going boost (Turbo) :laughing4: By the end of the year. Should I wait till then to run the moates 1/4 horse kit?

The PMS cost twice as much and has no control over timing retard , or cooling fans right off the get go are 2 reason I do not like them , another is the fact that both times I have had a customer bring me one , they both had an issue with resetting to default settings when cranking the engine up , even after you SAVE the settings .......so then you have to remember and go back in and change everything every other time you started the car up .....and that SUCKED to put it nicely .....Binary Editor has full PCM access for 87-95 5.0 mustangs so you wont be missing anything that any other tuner can do ....
