If you had a 100% stock sn95, what would be your priory of modding? What would you start with and what would you do last? Assuming money is no issue of course.

Looking for some lists to help give me some ideas. My car isnt stock, but The mods were done quite a while ago so I'd like to begin redoing it.

If I did it again id start with the rear end, axles gears, etc, then control arms, coils all around, Trans clutch etc. Pretty much do. Back to front. With exterior being absolutely last after motor and everything

First things first gears and suspension and exhaust and short throw shfter .then a nice hci with all supporting mods and you have a pretty decent little street car

Agree minus the on3, since we're saying money isn't a factor then I gotta go with a B&G kit or HP turbo

I think if I were to do it again I would 100% skip all bolt ons, leave the stock gears in it (turbos love the load from 3.08s) and would buy an on3turbo kit, Pi intake manifold and call it a day.

Obviously there is a million and one mods you can do to a mustang but considering the stock bottom end limits of these motors you could easily be at that limit with 10-12 psi from a turbo on this setup without wasting money on bolt ons and crap.

After this I would lower the car since Sn95s come with a f250 truck lift and lower springs are cheap.

If I were doing it over I would stop here so I didnt put 20k into a car thats worth 4k. lol

Exhaust + your preference of forced induction will give you as much performance as most would ever need for a quick street car. Then appearance mods, lower, wheels, tint. Simple, quick street car setup. Anything else would be better spent on a better car platform like a vette etc...

lol, yea..I really wish I did it this way.

I was able to do like 100 mph in 2nd gear with the 3.08s. I have a feeling that would be amazing with some turbo boost.

if money was no option( to some extent) and the car was total stock ? then I would leave it alone instead of spending 5 to 8k in mods or more and buy a car that already has alot of nice things done to it. or a car that has alot more potential to start with. just my .02

1.Full coilover suspension/panhard bar.
2.Wheels and tires.
3.Boost.

Exhaust falls somewhere in the middle of that.

Start with wheels , lowering kit, gears, upper and lower control arms, sub frams,

I would then install a T56 6 speed

I would build a boss 302 Blocked stroked to a 331 with the best H/C/I

I would install a vortech or procharger and keep my A/c and Heater

My first and maybe favorite mod was Full Length Subframe Connectors welded in on an alignment rack. Made a huge difference. After that I went for a little extra boost, cooling and suspension.
