Motor mount alignment

I installed new motor mounts a while back made by anchor. I have a shack in the car that I only feel at between 1500-2000 RPM. I don't feel it when I'm driving. A mechanic told me the motor mounts were not lined up right and part of it may be that they are not factory mounts. Has anyone ever heard this? How are the mounts supposed to be lined up?

I dont think that would cause "that" much interfearence if they werent lined up. i dont really know of a way you could reference it either unfortunately. see if the nuts are centered threw the a arms.. take measurements?
