they are somewhat of a PITA to install, but they are do-able with some buddies. i cant remember exactly how we did them (i had access to a lift and the transmission was out, which turned out to be a bad thing), but i would suggest you do it this way:
take off the starter so you have some extra room, along with un-hooking the clutch cable. take off that stock g-load brace thing that connects both sides of the crossmember and the midpipe. loosen the motor mounts and using a block of wood and a jack, lift the front of the engine up. put the piece of wood on the oil pan flange where the bolts are (the bolts that bolt it to the timing cover). this should give you enough room to squeeze the mounts out and put the new ones ones in. use WD-40 or PB blaster to loosen the mounts 1st tho, and use loctite on them to make sure they dont come loose.
