Get poly motor mounts if your mustang see's mostly street driving.
Just make sure you pick a reputable brand.
Only get the soild motor mounts if your mustang is a track only car.

I'm going to get another set of stock when i replace my engine. They are pretty good.

stock, i feel are the best bang for the buck, but poly is the overall best quality. If money doesnt matter, go poly.

I ran Energy poly on my car for three months and switched to MM solid after wrecking it. I seriously can't feel any difference between poly and solid, and they seem to make it shake equally.

The Energy Suspension poly motor mounts are a reputable brand
to get.Alot of mustang enthusiasts use these motor mounts
without any issues.

bend the knuckle out on the steering shaft a hair, i'm about to have to do that because mine started hitting a few days ago.

my solids raised my motor up nice and high.

plus the perk with solids is you can cut and re-weld them to lower your motor.
