Motor Mounts

Are their any good DIY's on motor mounts? I've read throught the forum and picked up that it makes it a ton easier by removing the AC compressor (pretty sure thats what I read)..

Im in the process of "rebuilding" my 96 with 190K.. Mounts are shot and I'd like some insight
