I know a guy with an SVO and he wants to do some thing to give it a little more power.
I was just wandering if Mazda's 2.3 turbo 4V direct inject engine with 275 hp would bolt in.
probably not but would it be as easy as a k member and transmission. Has anyone ever done it?

I strongly doubt it. That engine is setup for front wheel/all wheel drive, that would be very complicated to swap..
If he wants to get more power out of his SVO, just build up the 4 cyl and slap a bigger turbo on it..
Although i prefer V8s, you don't always have to have 8 cyl to have a badass ride... John Huber is famous for
making his 4 cyl turbo flllyyy.....
