Mounting location with stock/cobra/saleen wing

I have a 95 gt. Went to bolt up a 95 cobra wing and the holes didn't line up so I was wondering if the bolt location with the kaenen and saleen flush spoiler would be different than the gt as well.

I have no experience with a Cobra wing but my Saleen (S351) wing used the factory GT mounting holes.
