The OTHER main outstanding issue that's stopping me from driving my stag is I have yet to figure out how i'm going to mount and connect the TV cable.
I'm using an AOD trans and a carburated 5.0 (holley carb).. not sure how i can hook it up. There's a square hole on the bottom of my throttle cable bracket, and I assume it's for that.. and I got the corrector bracket for the carburator (for the AOD tv cable to the holley carb).. so once I Figure out how to mount it and connect it, the geometry should be right.. but, there's no way for me to hook the end of the cable up to the bracket on the carb.. and I don't know how to mount the base of the cable (pre-spring) either using the throttle bracket, or making something else.
Any ideas?
The reason it won't connect is becuase my TV cable connector has a ball sticking out, meant to go through a hole... the corrector bracket for the holley carbs has the same thing.. 2 male connectors, no female connector..
