Well its only seems right to have a build thread if you a member of SN95 so here is mine! I met a few of you guys last year on our cruise to the American Muscle show. At the time I was driving a Comp Orange 04 GT See Below:
Then Unfortunately I was involved in an accident back in Nov. 2011 and the car was totaled
Very sad day only had 36k Miles
After a fairly painless ordeal with insurance I was cut a check and was on the look out for my new Stang. I know I wanted a Convertible because I was moving out to California at the start of the New Year. I searched and searched and searched and couldn't anything that was "THE" car. I finally take on more look on Cars.com and something caught my eye, how could I have missed this? Maybe I searched in a radius of 200 miles this time and not 150 miles and this car finally popped up? It was a 2003 RedFire GT Convertible 5 Speed Premium so it had leather, the interior upgrade with the silver bezel and a MACH 1000 Stereo with only 38,000 Miles for $8500. I called immediately and it turns out it was a new couple selling the car for the girls father because he can't drive the car anymore (I dont think they knew what they had) I wasn't able to get up to see the which was in Conn. till Mon and this was a Sat. I call back Mon and they said some guy is coming tonight to buy the car. CRAPPPPP so I figured if they are asking $8500 the other guy probably offered them $8000 so I called back and said "ill give you $9000 cash right NOW. They said yes, told the other guy to beat it and I took the 3 hour drive from NJ to Conn to get the car. Now from the pics they posted on the AD I could see the car needed new Headlights, tires and the Wheels were pitting a little but I didn't care because we replace those things anyway right! Here is the car the Night I picked her up:
Got her back home.. Looks a lot better in day light!
I spent two days Washing, clay baring, compounded the entire car and waxed the entire car. This thing was DISGUSTING, the paint felt like sand paper, It turned my light grey clay bar almost black with all the dirt that was caked into this thing. After I was done she looked amazing, I knew there was great paint underneath

Finally New Headlights arrived
