thats what i keep tellin myself. plus its been provin its a god swap. im gonna look into dyno shops around here so i can know who to go to for a dyno tune.

Since you are in Montgomery, you got Walker Dynotune in Birmingham and there is a guy in Mobile that is kickass. Then over in Atlanta you have Modular Power House.

Yup... The place in Montgomery that has the dyno, if you get your own software you can pay to use their dyno and tune it yourself.

pfttt dont be a sally! tune it yourself :coolsmiley:

Lol, is that like Canadian slang for sissy?

Jerry, if you had a wideband and SNiper or SCT Pro Racer, you totally could butt dyno tune it.

Sniper is pretty affordable. I have loked into it, I would totally get it myself. Although there are alot of people who would say "leave it to the pro's" How do you think they got to be the pro's?

Besides, a stock ECU calibration will run the 5.4 anyway, so I think you'd have a pretty hard time blowing it up.

Sniper is absolute garbage. A bunch of kids run that shit around here, and have some "pro" who uses Sniper tune there stuff. and they make more than average power for their mods everytime but run like shit at the track...wanna know why? because they use loaded dynos to try and say that they have high numbers...shit is a fuckin joke. /rant

yea ive seen it on ebay. i would prolly go with SCT though cause the only reason its price is soo high is cause yu orderin a tuner AND the software. all i need is the software...and a laptop

I don't care about number's personally. i have had a hard time finding an unbiased first hand review of Sniper, which is why, for 400 buck's, I'd try it out.

SCT allows you to go alot more in depth from what I've seen (pro racer), and isn't quite as fool proof as Sniper.
