Haven't posted on here since I introduced myself. Been busy working on the never ending list of house projects! I figured I'd share some photos of my car from the time I bought it 4 years ago to now.
A little background on my car... I found the car on Craigslist after what seemed an eternity of looking for either a clean fox body or a sn95 cobra. Finally I made a decision to go with a sn95 cobra because all the fox body mustangs I looked at were out of my price range or rusted out cars. After browsing eBay and Craigslist for 7 months I found my top sn95... A 1998 Bright Atlantic Blue Cobra!!! To me this car was the craigslist find of the century considering the guy that owned it before me didn't know how rare this color is to find! My buddy and I drove a little over two hours to check this car out. Luckily the only major problem with the car when I looked at it was the clutch was completely gone in the car. Other than that the car needed a ton of cleaning.
First impression of the car when my buddy and I went to check it out. The owner before me only knew it was a mustang cobra but did not realize it was 1 of 563 produced in this color.
I cut off the old exhaust that was completely welded up. I had to make room to get trans out for a new clutch.
Installed new Ram hdx clutch new throw out bearing and pilot bearing.

Installed some eibach wheel spacers to get her sitting better.
New fuel pump, upr upper and lowers, all new rear end bushings

My friend sent me this when I was storing it in his garage! Someone was trying to tell me something here...
I'm up in the air with what I want to do with the car. Im leaning on doing an 03-04 cobra motor swap. Currently just driving the car as is with some minor bolt ons. At this point I have a brand new t56 magnum and all the stuff needed for the trans swap but have not had time to put it in. This winter I'm going to get my trans in since i do not want the car down during the summer! I'll try to keep this thread up to date! Enjoy! [emoji482]
