You might be better off just getting a standard can of semi or high gloss then. The trim paint is rather flat and looks exactly like the trim around your windows, wiper arms and other items would have come from the factory.

Good point.. I'll get a can of semi than. I got this back to black stuff and I used to use it on the mirrors and wiper cowl, but my mirrors are body color so no more of that.. I discovered using compound and applying it to the wiper cowl or trim makes them really shiny for a long time.

Little parts update.

I recently was lucky enough to have V8RUMBL hand deliver my rear seat delete for no charge while he was coming through Orlando on his way home. Many thanks again buddy.

And these 2 heavy packages came for me last week thanks to 96_GT.

Threw 'em on the lathe for 2 very light cuts.

Couple more coats of paint and some clear. Painted the rotors too, everywhere but the contact area. Yeah i know it's not perfect but when it's on the car you won't be able to tell.

And I picked up some LED reverse lights. Same ones that g36 monkey got.

Except mine aren't as bright for some damn reason. The stock bulbs are brighter I think.

MM SS lines will be here saturday...then install time.

As much as I am excited to get rid of the old/warped/stock/weak brake setup, I'm more excited to see how these bad boys will look sitting behind my wheels.

lol

So the past couple weeks have been super hectic regarding the car, and getting it ready for the big MFMC show here in town this past saturday. But in the end it paid off 'cause i won a gold!!

That's me with the comical shit eating grin on my face, then some of the crew. Japanese Snake won gold too, he's got the blue shirt.

Things that have been done recently.

- Strip and retint with 5% all around.
- Installed Cobra brakes with MM SS lines.
- Installed freshly painted wingless trunk.

More pics in a bit.
