I think this is brought up about every other week. It's the vacuum lines. Try doing a search for it. Right below this there's Related Topics. Try looking there.

comes out of the windshield only right? There is a vacuum line that comes out of teh passenger firewall, and then goes across the back of teh motor and always breaks back there. Get a connector and just put it back together.

There is only one vacuum line that comes out of the passenger side, it is not hard to see as it comes out with the heater and ac pipes. There should only be one that it came apart from as well...

Does it go into a T, and one end goes to the intake manifold and the other goes to the driver's side right by the hinge?

It's a hard vacuum line. There are two large coolant hoses that go into the firewall on the passenger side through a square rubber grommet. Between these two large hoses is the vacuum line. It does go into a T, one end goes into the plentum, the other went towards the front of the engine IIRC.

Go and actually look in your engine bay and you'll find it. Also, do a quick search as this has been covered in great detail many, many times.
