my broken dizzy saved my butt

my dizzy crapped out last week. the good thing about that is when i was timing it after replacement i notice the harmonic balancer wasn't rotating so good . i got it all back together today and it runs waaay smoother. i didn't know the vibrations were that rough. for budget sake i bought a remaned dizzy and a stock replacement balancer. i figure it was good for 14 years and the cost for the upgrade was out of the question.

I had the stock balancer come loose on my old GT and it took out the front cover.
Needless to say, that sucked!

i had a vibration so checked out ballacer had crack bigger sh-t

My best friend's fox vibrated so badly that it loosened some interior trim due to a dead harmonic balancer. Now it feels ten years newer.

My 88 Gt with nitrous knocked the balancer loose about 5 runs into the afternoon, the second day I had the nitrous. The first day bent all the rockers.
