Cliff notes at bottom of this post!!!

So, saturday night i decide to visit my friends place and long story short as im leaving i let her rip in first and second (Staying at around 5k rpm). 30 seconds later i get a phone call "DUDE!! Your car is a 1 legged beast!!!" Which I always already aware of my diff taking a dump. Not a big deal if you ask me, I was going to go 31 spline axles anyway and the trac-lok being messed up gives me even more of a reason to go with a eaton posi.

THEN my friend says "Ay one of your heads is making a nasty ticking sound i think your valve train is f****ed!!" So the last few days i've been freaked out and keeping it under 3k rpm even though i had truely thought this issue was just an exhaust leak. My car also burns a little bit of oil so this phone call freaks me out even more!

WELL...

My friend was wrong!! I just discovered that two bolts on the header for cylinders number 7 and 8 are almost coming off!!! So i start the car (while its cold) and put my hand there and sure enough it's an exhaust leak!! :headbang: (Never thought i'd ever be happy about an exhaust leak? :tongue3: ) Also, I had washed my engine the other day and i've noticed an oil leak ontop of the water pump coming out from the lower intake (GT40 Intake)

Is it possible one of the gaskets under the lower intake is messed up and its causing oil from the valley to leak into the motor? My oil hasn't changed color since i changed it (About 1k miles ago)

NOW

I have to fix this problem right? Well.. The longtubes are in the mail :angel4:

I Love My Mustang!! (I'm serious, my Chevy S10 has a sticker on it that says so!! :laughing5: )

Cliff notes!
One of my friends said one of the heads was screwed up, come to find out it was an exhaust leak.
Car burns oil yet it leaks oil from lower intake manifold, Is it possible it's getting in through one of the gaskets from the valley??
Oh yeah and Long tubes are on their way to save the day!!
