my heat won't work help plz

and when i bought the car the heat worked and came out everywhere. Now it on comes out the defrost no matter what setting the knob is at. why won;t it come out my vent or floor or mix any help guys tks

Vaccum leak...under the hood most likely.

yea check some vaccume lines and connections then see if the condition is still present

Do a search on this, it is a common problem. It's a vacuum line under the hood that protrudes from the passenger side of the firewall and moves along the pinchweld to the driver side. That's your problem.

It's about the size of an ink pin cartrige and runs from vacuum manifold at the driver side fender along the FW at the pinch weld and goes into the car infront of the passenger.

Go out and LOOK at your engine bay. It is exactly as described above.
