Well after thinking about it for a few I minutes I decided I would go ahead and post a thread here because my cars are constant projects and biulds anyways and I'm getting ready to add/modify some things this weekend. I hope I my friends and I can get it all done...
To start my mods are:
Powerdyne BD11-a 6lb pulley
Vortech FMU stock injectors
Full MSD ignition 6al / w distributor
Mac O/R x pipe
Borla Catback
Max speed progressive rate springs
It makes pretty decent seat of the pants power for what it is. It still just needs some bugs worked out like, surging idle and it will die or come close to dying periodically. Other than than it actually makes great power...I've got a few braggable kills in even with the slipping clutch lolololol.
I am planning on installing a new clutch/cable/Steeda quadrant/adjuster/rear main seal this weekend along with a set of Mac unequal shorties... My stockers are so bad I figured these would be better, especially for what I paid for them.
Also on the list is to hide a bunch of wire and get everything pretty much get everything all cleaned up. I also through in some thought of smoothing or mildly porting my upper and lower intake manifold. I've never done this before but imagine it would make things flow a little better. Any suggestions on doing so would be great!
It may also be fun to guess what kinda of power my motor makes at 8lbs of boost.. I'm going get some dyno runs next week and it would be cool to have some numbers to think about.
I'll post a pic or two soon.
