Mustang came with a trunk full of new stuff, and I've been able to identify most of it, but these 3 things leave me in doubt.
Anyone know what brand of short shifter, C&C plates, and what kind of pullies are this? :confused1:

my pro50 shifter has the name stamped on one of the parts that you can see right when you lift the boot off.

Can't find any brands stamped on those parts. But I don't think they're the cheapest fleabay crap.. The only cheap thing on the car is the ebay headlights.. The rest is all ford or good brands.. flowmaster cb, koni shocks, fr500 steering wheel, cobra brakes, lot's of oem ford parts.. doesn't look like the previous owner skimped on cheap stuff to me.

the shifter has the spots for the shift stop bolts, so i dont think its a cheap shifter, most of the cheap shifters dont have the stops,
BTW you need the get two bolts and two nuts for your shifter( you need the bolts that go in front and behind the shifter)

The billet pulleys are from Wazee. Those are nice pulleys.

The plastic one appears to be a Ford A/C delete.

Can't help with the shifter or plates.

no, the bolts in front and back are to prevent the shifter from going too far into the shift.

When you install the shifter, you make sure both of those bolts (front and back) are all the way out. You then put the car in first gear. You push on the shifter fairly hard (after its in gear.) Then you screw the front bolt untill it is litterally a c*** hair away from the shifter handle. You then repeat the process in second gear with the rear bolt. Place teh shifter in second gear and pull on the shifter fairly hard after its in gear. Screw the rear bolt in until it is barely away from the sifter handle. then do it in 3,4,5,R but normally, if you do it correctly you shouldnt need to change the bolt position when checking 3,4,5,R; but its best to double check.

This ensures you dont put it TOO FAR into gear. You make sure it doesnt touch to give it a little room for error/wear+tear, but it is worse on the transmission to put it not far enough into gear than it is to put it too far into gear.

thanks chris!

not a problem...

they go in the holes in the front and back of the shifter, on the pic you posted, those holes are empty.

also, if you want to adjust the throw, some shifters have that ability. Mine does. you may think about taking the large alan wrench nuts out of the left and right side, there should be springs under there... some shifters come with 4 springs (2 on each side) and you can remove 1 from each side to adjust the tension. I put mine on least resistance... it took me a few weeks to get used to when i would "power shift" but it paid off in the end. (i kept hitting the "gate" between gears instead of going into gear.)

But thats where you look to see if you can adjust the throw. on yours i can see the springs, but i dont believe you can adjust them. you also may be able to tighten the alan bolts to put presure on the springs to make it a harder resistance, and loosen them for a softer resistance.

Can't see the C&C plates on the UPR site, but I may be blind.. I'm gonna try and install everything that came with the came.. You'd probably be cheaper off ordering them yourself, shippingwize.. ;)
