SFI is a specification standard... not a brand.
Those rails will be fine, leave the FPR set to 39psi. Also, as stated already. a 90mm TB is WAY too big and completely unnecessary for your engine. my 11.25:1 347 uses a 75mm and suffers no ill effects. I picked up some throttle resolution when I stepped down from a 90mm.
