Need a bumper cover, plz help

Well me and my bro were going down the highway the other day at night and all of a sudden there was a black bumper cover in the middle of the road, my bro hit it and shot out from under his car and slammed my bumper, well long story short ima need a new bumper cover, im looking to get the 94-98 cobra style, does anyone know the cheapest place or does anyone have one they wanna sell?
