holley makes some simple screw-in extenders in 1/4"-1/2" lengths I think it is. The just screw in on top, then the egr screws into it.

I might need to make a custom one because the location on the header puts it further back ( towads firewall) and its about 1 1/2" too short. I dont know what material I could use to make another plus the fittings dont look like a standard 45 flare??? I dont think I am the first to have this problem. Thanks for the input.

Do you remember what you used as in material- if you used copper what size was it?

Cut and reconnect with high temp hose and a couple of clampl.

Don't do this. It will melt high temp hose.

There are spacers for the EGR that you can buy. Are the new headers stock-fit 94-95 5.0 headers?
