the bfg's prob have the shortest life i had a set they were great tires super soft wide but not worth the money unless you go to the track and dont drive much you might get 2,000 miles on them i had a set and they lasted about 2 months and my car isnt a daily driver
they were 315/35-17

If you are not doing any racng DR's are a waist of money. I run Goodyear Eagles on mine, all the way around. But I see no track time. I had BF Goodrich G-Force all the way around. Got about 30k out of them, but they made alot of tire noise. I won't buy them again.

nitto nt05 and sumitomo htr z should never be considered in the same comparisons.
first decide if you want drag radials or not. if so, NT05s seem to be the best out there but they wear fast. if not, then nt555rs are decent but there are alot of other decent tires out there as well. eagles like Matt said are good.

i definetly wont buy another set of nitto 555. I run the 315's in the rear and they need to be heated up real good to get any sort of stick in them. I have no problems barking the tires in third gear on cold pavement. KDW's FTW.

Toyo TQ's are one of the longest lasting Drag Radials. You sacrifice some grip for that though. IMO, of the DR's listed they are the best dual purpose tire.

Only thing I don't like is how noisy my KDW tires are. I had 555Rs on my old wheels and they were a great street/strip tire, more traction on the street than a street tire but obviously not the best at the track. I'm guessing you want more of a street tire than a track tire.

Nitto NT05 hands down. Wear kinda sucked but I hit a 1.6 60' putting down 450hp. If you're putting down under 300hp the 555's would be just fine. KDW's suck.
