need help front control arm bushings

has anyone ever replaced their front control arm bushings?
how do you remove the old ones? My new ones include the shells.
please help

Once you get the arms out from under the car, use a torch to heat the shells and pushout the rubber liner. The just crush the shells and they fall out

I'd just replace the entire arm honestly. It would be WAY easier, and I'm SURE you can find someone who has ditched the stock stamped steel arms for the some tubular somewhere....especially on corral.net's classifieds

Ryclef331 I'm with you. That's what I did, I just got the 03 cobra ones from summit for 160.00. Best thing I could of done.
