:angry7: Ok I have a 98 GT and for a while now my front tires have been hitting when I turn the wheel to back up, I notice the rubbing noise every time I back up and turn the wheels. I see that it might be rubbing on the sway bar. I dont notice it much when Im driving but its probably cuz its going so fast. I got a separated tire on the passanger side so im replacing that but I dont know what the problem is in the front or why it rubs. Could it be the struts are sitting wrong? Any ideas or help would be greatfull. ALSO does anyone know a good MUSTANG shop in UTAH?

I do have after market wheels but they have been on there since I got the car and have never been a problem. Ive had the car for over 5 years and just I would say about 6 months ago something has been rubbing.

I have 17x9 and on full lock my wheels dont really rub. And im running an aftermarket sway bar. But there should really be no reason to ever hit full lock.

Also are u running a larger swaybar? If so it may not be ur tire rubbing, it might be the weights on the rim if they are not static.

Also your alignment could be off, if you are lowered you should have CC plates and have it re-aligned. If not then that is your problem
