need help guys, trouble codes !!

I keep on getting these trouble codes :

p1729 4x4l switch
p1443 evaporative emissions system control valve (low or no flow)

I tried calling ford but they didn't really want to help me (surprise). I erase them with my predater and they come back usually after a couple days to a week.

Does anybody know what they mean and how to fix it? Thank you.

The 1443 code consist of a little plastic purge valve usually near the canister is on the passenger side near the firewall. The 4x4 code I really don't know why your throwing. Hope this helps.

yup... code 1443.. I had that.. and this is what fixed it..

bought mine from rockauto.com, since nobody local had one.. It's only I think $20...

I had that same p1443 code and I replaced the purge valve that I got from rockauto... The code came back on after like a day. Any Ideas?
