First, this is my first post here in the forums. Just want to say thanks to all of those who post lots of great info! I have read pretty much all the pi swap write-ups online and the whole thing went pretty smooth, right up until it was time for the crank pulley to go back on. I put the crank pulley back on and the big problem I have now is that it's rubbing on the timing chain cover! Is there something i missed? Put a new seal on the timing cover, the new sleeve on the crank pulley, but now it sits right against the damn timing cover, and you can't even turn it with your hands. Please, someone help me!!!
