Need help with valve train noise

Ive been trying to figure this out for a while. I have a very annoying ticking noise from my valve train, that seems to get worse as the car gets warmer. It is NOT a header gasket, or exhaust related issue. I have AFR 185cc heads, Crane 1.6 roller rockers, hardened push rods, b303 cam, and full bolt on. Any help would be appreciated.

I bet the rockers need adjustment. thats usually why mine tick loudly.

I checked them a couple months ago yes, and they were off. How exactly to you ensure that they are at the right adjustment, and make sure they stay that way?

Are they pedestal mount or stud mount roller rockers? If they are stud mount here you go:

This will show you how to install them , i would just loosen them and re-do them.
