Need help!

Im in the process of changing out my clutch with the king cobra and cant get my bell housing off. I got all the bolts out and it moves around but it wont come loose from the starter. In my manual it says you only have to take the stater off in the 4.6 models so whats wrong? Please help its been a month since ive drove my car and want it back bad!

I had to pull my starter to get mine off (95 5.0)

You have to take the starter off. Those bolts thread into the bellhousing.

have to take it off, make sure your battery is disconnect

You have to do it on all the pushrod mustangs...foxes are the same way

Haynes manuals offically suck but I got the clutch in and the bellhousing back on the trans is going back in saturday!
