need help!

My passenger side window wont roll up and down all the way and i don't know whats wrong with it. The motor still spins and it will sometimes roll itself up or down part of the way. Does anyone know if i need replace the whole regulator?? I read some stuff on other sites that the rollers are just worn out and you can replace those for like 10 bucks if the motor is running. I would rather not buy the whole thing if its just the rollers.....can anyone help??

Make sure you keep track of the snap ring that holds the gear to the motor. If you don't see one look on the shaft that the motor gear is mounted, and you'll see a groove where one should be.
