need help

working on buying these heads the guy says there romeo heads but i thought the romeos have cam craddles they have 11 valve cover bolts and they have 11pi stamped into them i believe the guy its just i does have craddles so im second guessing myself i dont feel like buying the wrong heads thanks i can email a pic that he sent me

i may be wrong so if i am someone correct me but i believe non pi heads only have craddles. mine did an the pi heads i bought had no craddles

Romeo has 11 valve cover bolts
Romeo has bolt on cam gears
Romeo NPI has cam gurdles where W has cam tower caps. (not sure on PI stuff, I used my NPI cam caps)

11 bolt - romeo
13/14 bolt - windsor

If the casting numbers have PI in them then you should have no worries. And if you're still second guessing yourself just look at the ports. Round/Oval for NPI's. Squarish ports for PI's.

Also i did some research and there are PI cars with cam gurdles.

Thanks yea i the told me i can send them back if they turn out to be windsor heads he said he will even pay to ship them back

why? the only thing that's different is the cam caps and valve cover bolts. you can use Romeo cams in Windsor heads no problem. There's realistically no advantage over either.
