Need instructions or a link please

Over christmas break, I want to spray my tails. Can someone either link me to a previous thread about it seeing i cant find it, or tell me what i need to buy and what steps need to be taken.

just take them off, and spend the next 30-45 mins masking off all the areas you do not want painted infront of the tv. Be sure to clean the well before you do it, and use a good clear to protect it when you are done. Try to keep dust out of the painting area, if you use a garage wet down the floor with water to help to keep from stirring dust up. Do not wear a sweater or something that sheds alot...
