They rings and/or pistons should have come with instructions for what gap to use. Wide range of clearance is used depending on applications....nitrous, N/A, boost..ect... I'd call SRP and tell them what you are gonna do with the motor and see what they say.
Off the top of my head though I'd say .018-.020 on the top.....025-.028 on the 2nd...and I really would'nt bother the oil rings. Just make sure the ends don't but up tight.
