Need some help please...

I just went out to my car and tried to turn to AC/Heat on and no matter which one I put it on, the air came out of where the defrost would. What could be the problem and what could I do to fix it? Thanks.

that sounds like it could be a problem with the blower motor. and as far as tackling the job, it all depends on
how motivated you are, tools, etc...

it should be a simple fix, mine did the same. a small black hose that runs along the firewall either cam undone or broke. check along your firewall for a small hose.

Where would the hose be located? what side or what is it near?

passanger side firewall, close to the heater hoses. there should be 2 very small vacuum hoses that run from the throttle body to the fuel pressure regulator (red hose) and then from there the 2nd hose runs to the same area that the one you are looking for runs.

haha, thats exactly how i felt when i fixed mine, it was too simple and i thought it'd be something bad :santa_afro:

i have a similar problem, but a little different. when i turn my heater on it will not come out
the front vents, only the floor vents. Any ideas on why its doing that?
