Need to get inner tie rod off..

Found a youtube vid and edited this thread.

But what is that little rivet thing that is in the part that you put your wrench on? I think that little rivet thing is going into part of the rack itself and preventing me from being able to get the inner tie rod off of the rack. It doesn't seem like you could just grind the rivet off, cause its facing upwards on my car and then I don't think I'd be able to get what was left out of the hole so that I could turn my wrench and get the thing off. Any ideas on how to get that little rivet thing all the way out?

just get you a wrench and turn it will brake off. if you get a new one it might have a replacement one, but most just use locktite.
