Trucking companies are not liable for kicking up road debris.

And I don't have comp and collision, since my car's so old, the insurance company wanted me to get an inspection on it to prove it was in good shape, and stupidly, I never got around to it so they dropped my comp and collision. It's just gonna have to look like crap until I get a re-paint in 2011.

Thought of that, but after painting to match the rest of the car, I think it would cost just as much as repairing the damage. I could really fix it, but am figuring why bother, with the two other scratches I got recently, that equals 1 door, 1 rear quarter panel, and the rear bumper, might as well re-paint the whole car. And I wanted to hold off on that until I have the hood I want.
