How much did you spend to make your GT look like a cobra

I'm not entirely sure how much I spent on the cobra parts... Bit with my few mods, and the cobra stuff, I would have a little over 7k in it... But that's at retail prices... I don't pay retail lol

I just can't do the whole Fobra thing.. Cobra body parts are great, but don't put anything that says "Cobra" (emblems included) on your car unless it has the stones to back it up. Truthfully, if it's not a Cobra it shouldn't have any of the above on it at all. JMHO.

Ok, we get it.. You post that in every thread with a car that has anything cobra on it...

People who turn there foxes into 93 cobras, or guys with first gens don't get shit about it... There's nothing wrong with doing a cobra clone as long as you represent it as such... He doesn't claim his car to be a real cobra and neither do i.

He doesn't represent it as such? He has Cobra emblems, and the bumper still says "Cobra" as does yours.. If it isn't a Cobra, it shouldn't have Cobra emblems. I don't care what gen. car it is, Fox, SN, 197, whatever. It's like a guy with a base model Honda putting "Si" badges or someone with an F150 with a "lightning" badge. I may be anal about it, but it just bugs the $h!t out of me. I take it so far that I am going to paint the raised letters on my Cobra calipers red so that you can't read them.

when people ask us "is that your cobra" we tell them, "yes, but its not a real cobra.." ive never lied to anyone about it being real or not... and when in some instances, people thinking its a real cobra, isnt such a bad thing...

ive had ricers ask me if it was a cobra, before i even started modding it at all, with the gt badges in plain sight... i simply reply with "you tell me"

I had a guy at 7-11 walk up to me and said nice car, is it a GT? And I said no, its a Mach 1. Guy says, oh...so its a V6? And I was like, no. Not at all lol And the funny thing is, even from outside the car, you can see the whole car rock side to side at idle lol

atleast they thought it was a mustang... i had a dude ask me "how much i liked my trans am" I just told him i loved it. lol.

No one knows what my car is. So I go through this speech about how it's a special edition mustang that they are trying to remake the old Steve McQueen movie.... Still nothing.

Yet more BS on people turning there Stangs into "Fobra's". Alright here is my point for the day..If you wanna take your six banger or gt and throw cobra bumpers and badges on it i say go for. Its your car you payed for it so you can do any damn thing you want to with it, Second Who cares what other people will say about, hell take a termi and put a v6 in it for all I care ( you'll be dis owned as a mustang fan, and re named a complete dumb ass) but its your car do with it as you please..and third i personaly am turning my 00 GT vert in to a 03 Termi clone because 1st-The termi is the best lookin mustang design since the 69 boss 429, 2nd-I'll never afford a real Termi, 3rd-They just look BAD ASS!
My main point is this who cars what you put on or into your car, Its your ride do with it what you want. Enjoy the car! Hell look at all the rice burners they catch hell every day for there fart cannon exhaust and slow four bangers from real muscle cars, but yet they are still out there.
And The green Cobra clone is a very nice ride! reps to who built it.

Well I started so i guess i should show my cars new look, my new 5" cobra r hood, cobra seats, and shifter. I have a 03 front and rear bumper and 03 cobra mirror getting painted right now.
