Hey guys, after a long arduous process and some broken motor mount bolts that were a son of a B to fix, my exhaust is finally done!! I installed Mac 1 3/4 long tubes with a magnaflow Universal 3 inch X, the mufflers are cherry bomb pros. The pipes and mufflers are all 3 inch. I know its way to big of an exhaust but I didn't lose that much torque thanks to my 4:10's. Its runs awsome! I've got a 40,000 mile fox short block with forged pistons that I'm gonna get the Trickflow top end for, and with my NX kit I should be right at teh limit of the block and Ill call it good! My car finally has attitude and I've fallen back in love with it! Oh me and my buddy fabbed up the whole exhaust. Ill post a picture.

Sounds real good. :headbang:

What about being right at the limit for the block with a Trickflow top end kit and your nitrous?? With a good tune you can put down way more power then the "limits" of the block. Also how much are you planning on spraying?? I was told the "limit" of the block is around 530 rwhp. With the TSF top end kit and my 100 shot I'm about 380 rwhp. Even on a 150 shot you won't be close (although I'd never spray more then a 150 shot on the stock bottom end).

thats a big exhaust for a mild 5.0l combo that you are going with. even with nitrous.

It is big, but I'm planning ahead. Ill grow into these pipes, Id rather have 'em too big now and just right later than just right now and too small later. The in car sound is breath taking too. just spit ballin here, but the TFS 360 hp top end and a 150 shot is 500 crank horsepower. Probably around 430 whp. I have a fox short block with forged pistons, I'm gonna do this with. I got alot fo saving to do.

Your running 13.9's with bolt on's and a 100 shot? Seems kind of slow. My full bolt on and geared 95 ran a 14.2 @ 95. Stock intake, heads, cam ect.

who said I had full bolt ons? First of all my suspension is all rotten so I cant launch without a ton of wheel hop, and I'm playing it safe with the spray. I dont spray in first gear, im only on it for a bit in second, 3rd gear is when it really starts doin work., I just hold that button down and listen to that little engine roar. I love it! Oh my trap speed was 107 mph too. Theres definetly more in it, I just am pretty new to racing, Ive gone like 3 times, and I have bald tires and rotten suspension. Jacob will back me up lol. Its a work in progress. Im just excited progress has begun finally.

The suspension can definitely kill ya. What made ya opt for the push button instead of a micro switch??

Couldn't figure out a way to mount the micro switch that made me comfortable it would work everytime. I'm gonna get an electronic one.

Yeah they do sorta sound like flows, in the car it sounds nothing like flowmasters.
