Name is Mat, and I'm currently living in Northern NJ. Former Marine Infantry, now installing home theater and CCTV/security systems. Picked up my 4th Mustang a couple months ago. It's a 1994 GT 5.0 5 speed car, and I've been busy as hell on the weekends trying to get it up to par ever since. Had a lot of little mechanical issues, and suspension was shot. I've done new shocks, struts, rear UCA's and LCA's, reinstalled the improperly installed Ram clutch(previous owner), new clutch cable, new throw out bearing, new belt, new battery, new temp sending unit, new thermostat, fixed speaker wiring issues, added hood pins to the aftermarket hood, and cleaned up the engine bay a little. Still have a lot to do before I can start fixing the body work it needs from previous owner getting side swiped by a deer.

Still have new gauges to put in so I can replace the improperly installed white face overlays(previous owner), and a new radiator air deflector I'll probably put on tomorrow after work. Then I'll probably be doing a new set of tires and a windshield since this one has a crack. Also looking into replacing the set of Underdrive Pulleys put on by the previous owner, since fixing the temperature gauge has shown me the car runs on the high side of normal. But finding a stock water pump pulley is proving to be difficult. Just need the pulley, it has a new water pump.

Well that's about it. Been 5 years since my last Mustang, and even with the issues, feels good to be in a Mustang again. Other Mustangs were a '99 Cammed V6 that I loved, '98 Stock GT that I sold before really doing anything with or getting to enjoy it, and an '89 5.0 Supercharged Hatch.

How the engine bay looked before...

How it looks after a little neatening up. Still have to replace the plugs, wires, and coil, but at least they're not wrapped around the intake tube anymore.

Coming along nicely, Thanks! I've changed the Underdrive Crank and Water pump pulleys back to stock, but left the Alternator on since I was having trouble cracking the lock nut loose. I'll get to replacing that soon enough. Also did the plugs, wires, and installed new oil drain plugs during the oil change since the old ones leaked slowly. Also changed out the radiator for a new/stock replacement with a new cap, and found a used radiator support cover to help keep the airflow going through it. Car is definitely running much better and cooler now, but think the next thing will be Making sure the Fan's high speed is working since the car still gets a little warm in traffic. Then I'll start moving again and it goes right back to normal. Also had to replace the Harmonic Balancer since that broke as well while driving home from Mustang Week in Myrtle Beach.

Also picked up a used set of stock '04 Mustang GT Wheels. Much nicer than the others, and gonna pick up a pair of wider Deep Dish Anthracite Bullets with 315's for the rear. Still have to replace the windshield however, and get the hood and front fender painted to match the body.

Also what are people's opinions. I'm torn between keeping these tail lights, or swapping back to stock Verticals....Thoughts? I need to buy a new pair because the passenger side condensates badly.

do whatever you want to bud, if i had a 94 95 i wouldnt switch out the lights UNLESS i came across a set of exports, but thats it

I'm thinking of switching back to the stocks, but I do love a set of sequencing tails on these older ones that didn't come with them. Really stands out. Decisions, decisions. lol

i have a slow rate sequential with a 3rd brake led with a flash modifier. flashes 6x then stays lit with a 20 second delay. if you want the sequential then go for it because they are pretty tits but again its what you want. i know abood89 has a bunch of exports so you can go that route but may be a bit pricey...
