It looks like there's 2 straps, one from the bottom and the one from the top. Then they meet at the buckle.

Never seen those before on an sn95.

Not sure. I've looked around at other SN95's and they have different belt, but those are coupes. Since this is a convertible, mayber they are different. They recoil to the lower point and are anchored on the upper part in the rear.
