run at WOT for 6 hours.

everyone is gonna have a different answer but ive been told run at a constant 2k for 20 minutes for cam break in.

use break in oil...run her good an easy for 10 min... good an easy on freeway for 10 min....then cruise for another 20 or so min...cool donw and change oil...atleast thats what my buddy did with his new heads and cams.and i plan on doing...
theyre really isnt a break in period for heads and cams. only mainly short block. the main thing with h/c/i installs are making sure the adjusters and tensioners pump up. changing the oil after warm up cycle is good to do as well if you just removed from one car and install to another. cross contaminating is a *****. likewise with porting. metal shaving in the oil is a no go.
