so happy to have new headlights as my old smoked ones were pure garbage. the driverside started leaking water after a few months and all of the chrome coating on the inside of the housing came off making the headlight useless. it didnt help that the lense was tinted also. i got some new ones from ebay for 112 bucks shipped to my front door. they are the cobra lense with a black housing, look better than smoked anyways. they are 200 percent better vision at night now i can actually see at night. i made sure to silicone the housing where the lense meets the housing to ensure no leaks and maybe these will make it a year!!! anyhow heres some pics: comments are welcome

the great part is that the lense part is clear, they have a little black outline and it reflects off of the chrome coating.

keep an eye on those corners. i have the same ones and they arent sealed very well. LOTS of condensation. when i wash my car, i even see the soap bubbles somehow make their way inside the housing.

thanks for the compliments everyone. i got some silcone and ran a bead around the lights and turnsignals before i put them on. i hope they last a bit longer than my old smoked ones did.

i used clear silicone on the headlights. the rims, i taped off the lip, used some 400 grit sandpaper and roughed up the surface i wanted to paint. then used laquer thinner to clean the surface. i used a 2 part epoxy primer through a gravity fed cup gun. then used a 2 part, high build semi gloss urethane as a finish coat. i put to coats of finish on.
