ive never been a fan of scoops on hoods with cowls... ive always had the thinking of it should be one or the other. i think it would look pretty cool if the scoops and the factory vents were filled in. but thats just me. the two vents up at the top of the cowl look pretty cool, and would probably accent the hood pretty well if it didnt have all the other stuff going on... it just looks a little too busy the way it is.
