New Ipod

So someone stole my 1st Gen Itouch. So I bought a new 6th Gen Nano. Its kinda weird but I like it.

I was looking at the 6th gen but cannot believe they did away with video playback so I think I will shop around for a good 5th gen nano

Right... I dunno... I might return it. My deck only plays it, it doesnt charge it as well....

The reason it doesn't charge is the newer ipods now use a different ping setup on the plugs. Scosche makes an adapter for around $20 that you can find on amazon or ebay that allows your deck to charge the newer generations of iPods.

i ended up taking it back and just sticking with my 4th gen the 6th gen is just too small and difficult to navigate
for no reason

I agree. I dont really care that they dropped the cam etc. Im mad cause its too hard to use.

Get a Zune! No really. They're amazing. They just don't sync with headunits, but it's quicker to just use a RCA/headphone plug anyway. I love mine anyway. Have always hated ipods.

The idea for my Ipod was to use a direct connect through my headunit to display the information and control my ipod. I dont want a zune.

I can normally find something on sirius to keep me entertained. The only mp3 player I have bought to date is my phone. I like to use it while I walk my dog but if I would hate to have one more thing to keep trying to remember. Its only a matter of time before streaming the music from one to the other via bluetooth happens, I can wait till then.
